Winter is suddenly here and with that comes holiday parties, celebrations, and loads of edible gifts! Want to kick start some healthy habits this season and head into the holidays feeling healthier and in control? Join my 2 Week Mini Reboot running from December 1st - December 14th and take away some strategies that you can help you navigate your way through a sea of countless buffet tables and office treats!
The lead up to the holidays brings us cooler temperatures and a tendancy to want to hibernate. The trouble is, we aren't bears settling in for a long winter's nap, and since our next meal will be later today, not next spring, hibernation eating isn't a great strategy. The 2 Week Mini Reboot is a shorter version of my 21 Day Balanced Reboot and it will keep you out of hibernation mode and help you get on track before the holidays even hit. The recipes use seasonal produce, with an emphasis on whole foods and simple ingredients.
