The Balanced Reboot - 21 Days of Whole Foods is an online, group program that is designed to help you jumpstart healthier habits. Because it’s entirely online, you never have to worry about missing a meeting! Regular e-mail communication from me provides you with information and inspiration, and a private Facebook group gives you a group forum to share, support, and ask questions of other participants. If you’re not on Facebook, don’t worry, lots of people who join the Reboot aren’t and they still enjoy and benefit from participating.
