21 Day Balanced Reboot - January 2014

It’s a new year filled with new intentions.  It’s hard not to feel like the start of a new year is like starting again with a clean slate!  You’ve got an opportunity to review your experiences from the year that has gone by, and look forward armed with what you’ve learned from it all.  Many people make new health goals a top priority at the start of each new year, but dive in too quickly, and without enough guidance.  Why not set a slower pace this year and learn how to change your habits for the long term?

What if I told you that it takes 21 days to develop a new habit, and that during that time you could lessen your dependancy on certain foods, learn more about emotional eating triggers, and discover that some of the things that you think you can’t live without aren’t actually as integral to your daily life as you think?  Last year I started an online, group program that helps people do just that.  It’s not a diet, and it’s not a cleanse.  It’s a Reboot. 

Instead of doing a strict detox that feels like it removes everything, why not add in a bunch of foods that actually make you feel good while you’re eating them?
