Any solid wellness program should incorporate exercise, especially if your goals include fat loss.  As we age our metabolism naturally starts slowing down, so if it feels more difficult to lose weight now, than when you were in your 20’s, you’re not imagining things!  Fat loss aside, exercise is good for us.  It gives us more energy, helps us sleep better, contributes to balanced moods, and helps prevent injury.  What are you waiting for?  Get moving!
