The holiday season is a busy time of year for many with parties, family dinners, shopping, and other commitments.  It may all be in the name of joy and fun, but can also add up to feeling rushed, stressed, and pulled in many directions.  Why not figure out some ways to bring a little calm in to the chaos this holiday season?

Stress is quickly becoming one of the biggest health challenges that many people face.  It is often the underlying cause of many illnesses and can negatively impact our mental health, sleep, and weight.  It throws hormones out of whack and causes blood pressure to rise.  The trouble is that the pressures of day-to-day life can make it almost impossible to escape stress entirely, so in order to stay healthy we must learn how to relax our nervous system and support oursevles with good nutrition in order to cope better.

I hope that you'll join yoga instructor, Kazimira Mattes, and I for a workshop where we will explore the various nutrition + lifestyle strategies that you can use for stress management and then finish with a guided restorative yoga practice where you will learn how to calm + balance the mind and spirit.
