The Details:

Basic - $19.97 per month (+HST)

Includes
* Unlimited group page access
* Weekly group e-mails with info + recipes
* 2 monthly online chats
* A comprehensive program that includes detailed food guide, shopping tips guidance, and recipes

Stay Focused - $37 per month (+HST)  (only available to a limited number of participants)

Includes
* All the basic PLUS one 30 minute private phone consult per month (30 minute consult is valued at $49)
* Use your consult time to have me verbally review diet diaries, offer advice, or answer questions related to your wellness journey

Fine Print:

Monthly fee paid on the first day of the month via credit card.
Commit to a minimum 3 months, after which time you can opt out at any time without penalty (finish off the month you’ve currently paid for).
